Story

Modderman Builders, LLC is a family owned and operated business. Rich and Carol Modderman started the business in 1957 building customized homes and residential remodeling. Their son, Todd, joined the business in 1981 and now he and his wife have taken over the reigns. Each home is specifically designed for the customer's needs and desires. Design plans are not decided by the builder, but by the customer, offering an unlimited number of options. Todd Modderman has specialized in custom trim work, built-ins, cabinets and fireplace mantels.

Modderman Builders have used the same sub-contractors and suppliers for many years. 

In 1994, the Modderman's opened up the Rose Arbor Subdivision in Oshtemo Township. The property was divided up creating 80 building sites. Over 60 customized homes have been built in the subdivision, producing a friendly, well located neighborhood.

Modderman Builders, LLC is not limited to Rose Arbor. We have built homes and remodeled in all areas surrounding Southwest Michigan.
